Year 12 Live Lounge Preparation

Quick reminder of tasks that need to be completed by the end of next week:

First draft of set list

Final review and signature of risk assessment

Capacity figures

Posters need to be put up around the school and on the school website

Order raffle tickets and check that all other items have been received

Depending on how much money we have left... souvenir lanyards/backstage passes ordered for performers?

Letters to be sent out to local businesses

For first week back after half term:

Article needs to be written for school newsletter/postcards and banners to be designed and printed

Ticket designs - like a festival/real life gig ticket?

Lighting and sound plans for each stage

Masks designed, printed and cut out

You're all doing really well! Remember to keep contributing your ideas and views in meetings!
